An intense workout designed to keep you moving, Aqua Fit Shallow is a HIIT-based (High Intensity Interval Training) class performed in the water. Alternating short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover improves muscles ability to burn fat quicker. This class uses the natural resistance of the water to provide power moves without impacting joints. Class is performed in 3.5 to 5 ft water depth. Sign-up for as many or as little classes as you’d like. Fee is per class. Registration is required to guarantee space; however, drop-ins may be accepted on deck if class is not full.
