Description
With combined mind-body practices and enhanced postures and exercises, this class makes a smooth transition between beginner and intermediate level Tai Chi. Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi is an effective exercise for gently improving strength, balance, flexibility and range of motion. A healthy, lifelong practice, Tai Chi promotes stress reduction and mental clarity. In this class, we are practicing the Cheng Man-ch’ing 37 posture short Yang form.
Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing and flat bottom shoes. No class 7/6 and 7/8
