Description

Jump into the fun with Bingocize! Twice a week for 10 weeks, you’ll play bingo, get moving, and enjoy an upbeat blend of activity and games. Earn points every session you attend and for bingo wins, all adding up to a chance to score exciting prizes at the end of the program! This evidence-based program is designed for older adults and each class builds on the last. To get the full experience (and maximize those prize points!), we encourage participants to attend at least 15 of the 20 sessions. Registration is required.

• Wear comfortable clothing and supportive, closed-toe athletic shoes with non-marking soles
• Bring water to stay hydrated
• Arrive at least 15 minutes early to the first session to fill out required paperwork
• Inform your instructor of any health concerns or modifications needed
• All abilities are welcome!
