This low-impact class builds balance, coordination, and confidence while keeping you socially active. Learn basic footwork, timing, and simple choreography at a comfortable pace. Perfect even if you have two left feet.

• Wear supportive, closed-toe athletic shoes such as sneakers or dance shoes with non-marking soles
• Bring water to stay hydrated
• Arrive 5-10 minutes early
• Inform your instructor of any health concerns
• No partner needed!
