Description
Please sign up here if you want to SELL items at the Bob Boldrick Block Party. Event is Saturday, September 21st at the Carson City Community Center (outdoors if weather permits, in the gym if needed). Booths must be set up and ready by 11. Cleanup will start between 1:30p and 2p. You are welcome to stick around for the showcase performance on the Bob Boldrick Theater stage at 2p!Please plan to be self-sustaining—bring your own pop-up shade tent, table, chairs, and anything else you need.
Vendors must collect payment and remit sales tax. If sales tax is included in prices, a sign stating that must be displayed at your booth. A business license is not required! Vendor fees include a single-day permit through the State and City. Sales tax forms will be provided.
If you want to host a volunteer booth (providing a free activity), there is no need to sign up or pay a vendor fee here - just contact Anna (afreeman@carson.org).
Nonprofits also do not need to sign up here or pay the vendor fee! If your nonprofit will be selling anything at this event, we will need a copy of your tax exempt letter. Contact Anna (afreeman@carson.org).
