We kick things off with Mechanical Linkages, where you will design and construct an articulated "Bionic Claw." You will explore mechanical advantage to create a device precise enough to pick up the trickiest objects.  Next, we get medieval with Ballista Siege Machines. Using torsion and elastic potential energy, you will engineer launchers designed for power and accuracy, competing to hit specific target zones. Finally, we end with the Ultimate Paper Roller Coaster. You will become a ride engineer, manipulating potential and kinetic energy to design gravity-defying loops and drops . Using only paper and tape, you have to ensure your marble survives the ride without flying off the track! Join us to design, build, and test the limits of what is possible.
