Family Fit - Parent & Child fitness Get active together with Family Fit - a fun energetic fitness session designed for parents/carers and children to enjoy side by side. Expect a mix of fitness circuits, partner challenges, games, relays and team activities, helping you both get fitter and stronger while spending quality time together. And your child has a choice! They can join in with you for Family Fit, or take part in our children's football session running alongside whilst you enjoy your workout. Suitable for all fitness levels - its all about moving, having fun and getting active together
