Course Description: The Art of Expression is an 8-week inclusive painting course led by a dedicated artist and educator. This hands-on program invites adults of all abilities to explore the world of painting while nurturing creativity, self-expression, and personal discovery. Participants will learn a variety of painting techniques and approaches—experimenting with color, texture, and form—while creating unique works of art that reflect their individual voices. Each week balances guided instruction with independent exploration, offering a supportive, sensory-friendly environment that encourages imagination and confidence. No dinner; pack dinner and snacks. End-of-Course Celebration: The final week features a gallery-style art show, where participants display their favorite works for peers, friends, and family. Art supplies are provided.
