Cape High School Filed hockey coaches and players offer the "Stick Stars" field hockey program on Saturday mornings. The focus will be on skill development, sportsmanship, basic rules and FUN! Each player must wear/bring their own equipment (mouth guard, shin guards, stick, and water bottle). This program includes skill days and inter-community play days (Dates TBD).
