Description

An immersive, hands-on introduction to working directly with medicinal herbs through teas and tinctures. Participants will explore a curated selection of herbs provided by the instructor to better understand how to identify them by sight, smell, taste and traditional use. Emphasis is on foundational skills for making hot & cold infusions and simple tinctures. We will focus on herbal remedies for insomnia, anxiety and mental clarity. Attendees will leave with practical knowledge, confidence and a deeper relationship with medicinal plants that are easy to obtain and grow in their own backyard.
