Advanced Fishing camp is different than previous fishing camps we’ve had here at On Target. This camp is for kids who already know basic entry-level (worm&bobber) fishing techniques and are seeking to become avid anglers. This is a skill-building camp. Fisherman/women will learn how to build their own lure, they’ll try different types of fishing poles, learn different types of fishing knots and much more. Our goal is to teach campers “What” to use, “When” to use it, and “Where” the skill and equipment will be effective. Campers will also learn some pond preservation and conservation. Campers are required to have their own fishing pole for this camp. This camp if for students in grades 5-8.
