(6+ years old) White/Red/Yellow
White/Red/Yellow Levels are introductory levels to comfort and movement through and under the water. Stage White: Trust and submersion skills. Stage Red: Body position and air recovery skills with assistance. Stage Yellow: Swimming movements on front and back independently.
Blue and Green Levels are swimming independently, treading water, practicing horizontal back skills, and adding rotary breathing to front skills.
