Spinning in a new environment! We are now located on the Campbell Community Center pool deck. This 45-minute class will get your heart pumping, awaken your body, and re-energize your life! You'll be safely spaced 6 feet apart, however, space is limited under the SSC Health guidelines. Registration is required to participate. Please bring a towel & water.
Wear cool, comfortable clothing, hard-soled shoes (like walking or tennis shoes), bring a small towel and water.
