Registered yoga teacher Nicola Eden invites you to connect with your body while moving in and out of a sturdy chair in the comfort of your home. Because the chair supports physical alignment on a stable foundation, it can allow students to access yoga postures in an individually appropriate way. This engaging but relaxing, 60-minute, live, online class offers students a mindful, sustainable practice of fluid, functional movement and more traditional holds. Instructor Nicola Eden is a Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher with a Maine State Teacher Certificate.
