Description

Our Cougars Soccer ID Camp offers aspiring collegiate-level players the chance to train, compete, and showcase their abilities in a high-performance environment. Participants will be coached by MRU Men's Soccer staff and MRU Men's Soccer current players, gaining a firsthand look at our team standards, training intensity, and playing philosophy. This is your opportunity to be evaluated and to experience what it’s like to be a Cougar — including the chance to earn a spot on a nationally ranked U SPORTS top-ten program and be considered for athletic scholarship opportunities.
CAMP FEATURES

• Multiple Coaches from various post-secondary programs in attendance to observe

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

• Ages: 14–Adult (Grade 9 and up)
• Experience: Aspiring collegiate athletes.
• Top city/provincial tier or higher
• While this camp is put on by the MRU Men's Soccer team any gender is welcome to attend the camp

WHAT TO BRING

• Outdoor cleats for grass and turf
• Shin guards
• Training attire for all weather conditions
• Running shoes (for indoor or gym-based work)
• Water bottle (labeled)
• Light snacks/lunch (no nuts please)
• Sunscreen and weather-appropriate gear
• Any necessary medications (e.g. inhalers, EpiPens) clearly labeled and carried by the athlete at all times

2:00 – 4:30 pm Break (Lunch, Recovery, Optional Campus Walk)
4:30 – 6:00 pmSession 2: Competitive Game Play & Evaluations
6:00 PM Pick-Up & Departure

REFUND POLICYUp to seven (7) days prior to the activity start date: Refunds, less a 10% administration fee, will be processed. Transfers from one activity to another, subject to availability, will be processed with no administration fee.
From six (6) days up to 48 hours prior to the activity start date: Refunds, less a 10% administration fee, will be processed. Transfers from one activity to another, subject to availability, will be processed with a 10% administration fee.
Within 48 hours prior to the activity start date: No refunds will be provided. No activity transfers from one activity to another.
After activity start date: Prorated refunds, less a 10% administration fee, will only be processed with approval from the program supervisor for medical reasons.
