Description

This Hatha Yoga class will move at a gentle pace. New students will learn the basics of yoga, while more seasoned students will gain a better, more detailed understanding of the alignment of the poses. Students work on flexibility, strength and balance, while warming the muscles and flushing toxins from the body.
