Ladies Squash Lessons are BACK for Winter 2026!
Come join our ever popular and social ladies squash lessons Sunday afternoons!

Session #1 Lessons are SUNDAYS weekly
These lessons will be coached by our amazing female NCCP certified coaching team!
Participants must be 16years or older.
The focus of this INTERMEDIATE Squash Class will be serve and return improvements, longer rallies, court strategies! This will add up from drills on prep, footwork, and improved aim/strategy. Tournament preparation of 11 & 15 point games with continuous rallies will also be touched on.

Non-marking indoor shoes are mandatory.
Racquets, goggles and balls will be supplied if needed.
