Sessions are WEDNESDAY MORNING | 7:30 - 8:15am
These lessons will be coached by our amazing NCCP certified Squash Pro; Odessa Ingarfield.
The focus of Squash Foundations, will be to advance players of their technical and tactical abilities on the court. Sessions will start with technical / mechanical focused drills followed by rallies / games to apply learned skills.
Program is limited to 9 participants, and is designed for approx. intermediate ladder box levels of D - K.
Instructors: Odessa I (NCCP Certified)
Participants must be + 16 years
