Music and Movement is a program designed for adults with cognitive disabilities.

Join us on Mondays for an enriching afternoon of music, functional movement, conversation, and games!

For the first hour, the group will participate in a variety of engaging seated and standing mobilizing exercises, gross motor games, dancing, and stretching, all while listening to your favourite music.

The second hour there will be group games such as Bingo, a chance to visit with friends, play board games, puzzles, etc.

Participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable doing each week; being part of a fun group is our focus!

*Participants must attend with a support person.
