About this event

Description

Combine Conditioning is a short functional fitness class that blends endurance and strength training to push you to get stronger and faster over a period of six weeks.
Participants will move through a series of stations combining running, rowing, sled pushing, wall balls, weighted lunges, and more! Each session is designed to progressively build the power and stamina needed for competition-style fitness events.
Whether you're looking to push yourself or take your training to the next level, this class delivers measurable progress each week. You can expect to sweat, use teamwork, and gain functional skills. Prepare to train like an athlete!

PrerequisitesEnroll in the 6-week program or;MOVE MORE Membership or;MOVE MORE Drop-in Pass
What We Provide
  • All equipment needed

What to Bring
  • A water bottle
  • Athletic clothing/clothing you can move freely in
  • Running shoes/cross-training shoes

When You Arrive
  • Please scan in using your membership card at customer service or;
  • Purchase a MOVE MORE drop-in pass at customer service and receive a card which will be presented to the staff checking you in
  • Check in on the track level

Please be aware that late-comers will not be permitted to enter the studios out of respect for instructors and fellow participants.
