Tai chi and Qigong exercises are an excellent way to reduce stress and develop balance, flexibility, and strength. Learn gentle flowing movements, breathing techniques and mindful practices that empower you in taking better care of your health. Note: This class will be simpler sets of movements than the Tai Chi short form class. (7 classes) No Class on 10/12 & 11/2.
