Were sorry but this class will not be offered this Spring. If you are interested, email www.burbankfirstacademy to be put on our list for future dates. Deep stretch with conscious breathing and slow movement for anyone who does too much or too little and needs to open their body up. Good for athletes, weekend warriors and those who sit at a desk or computer too long. Very good for those with back issues and who just need to stretch. Ends with a short deep relaxation.
