Start by registering yourselves, then let us know you’ve registered. Make sure to complete everything up to the screen where it asks for you to make a payment (this is NOT the package selection screen, you should proceed past that screen). Stop at the payment screen and email me back so I can then go into your account, give you admin privileges, and adjust the balance to $0. Who are the other complimentary travelers? They should also register, then let me know and I'll adjust their balances too. 3. Do not accept payments at school, simply direct them to our site. Please let your travelers know that the deposit plus the cost of optional trip protection is required to confirm their spot on the roster. 5. After everyone has registered and paid their first deposit, we can accept fundraising money. Fundraising can be applied online under the Bulk Credits tab. 6. We also have a feature that allows passengers to accept online donations that will go directly towards paying the balance of their trip! After they pay their deposit, they will have access to a personal link that they can share with those who wish to support their adventure.
