This class traces more than 450 million years of plant history, from the earliest land plants to the diversity of modern plants, and the key adaptations that made it possible. We’ll also explore how plants have shaped Earth’s climate and landscapes and coevolved with fungi, insects, and animals. The class includes a walk along the BBG Conservatory’s Trail of Evolution.
