What makes an herb an herb? In this exploratory class, use your five senses to learn basic herb botany. Students will prepare a personalized herbal simple syrup, practice herb harvesting techniques, and make an herb bundle to take home! This class is for adults but takes place outdoors in the Children’s Garden. Price includes $5 materials fee. Class will be held rain or shine.
