Our Mens’ Club is for adults ages 18+ looking for fitness program in a social environment. Participants take part in various recreational sports and fitness activities throughout the year and many gather after (and outside of) class to socialize. Class will feature but not be limited to: Recreational/competitive Volleyball league; various sports and games; Calisthenics; Gymnastics (optional). ALL REGISTRANTS IN THIS CLASS MUST PAY AN ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE WITH AN AMERICAN SOKOL UNIT
