Instructor: Jackie Frawley Jumping rope is not only a skill, but an amazing lifetime fitness activity. Mrs. Frawley will teach the basics then make smooth transitioning to teaching speed and endurance. Students will engage in friendly competitions in hopes to break their own records and who knows, maybe set a BASC record! In addition, while not a feature of the class, student will learn double dutch.
