Have you always wanted to learn to race sailboats? Now's your chance! Learn the art of racing with one of the museum's seasoned instructors during the Bristol Yacht Club's Millard Series this summer. Introduction to Sailboat Racing classes are for students with prior sailing experience and a knowledge of sailing skills and terms. This class focuses on more advanced topics such as proper sail trim, improved boat handling and working as a team. Topics will be discussed prior to sailing in the sailing school classroom at 17 Burnside Street. This class is limited to 3 participants per instructor and will be taught by Amie Huebner. Mon/Wed: 5:30 - 8:00 pm. Classes meet at the sailing school located at 17 Burnside St. Bristol RI. Help support the Museum's activities by joining today!
