Description
In order to participate in Seahorse Lessons, students MUST have passed the Starfish level AND be able to: Put face in water & blow bubbles Comfortable floating on front & back with assistance Comfortable doing rollovers and big arms with assistance Streamline kick front & back with assistance The following skills must be met in order to pass the Seahorse level. Tread water for at least 20 seconds Front & Back float to standing Front & Back streamline with kicks for 5 yards to instructor Backstroke with arms & kicks for 5 yards Complete 3 Freestyle strokes, roll, and then 3 Backstrokes
