This program helps kids learn the fundamentals of flag football through age-appropriate drills in running, footwork, agility, catching, throwing, flag pulling, and route running.

Each session includes warm-ups, skill development, and fun scrimmages where players practice teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship in a supportive environment.

With a focus on coordination, fitness, and confidence, children leave encouraged, energized, and excited to return—staying active while learning the game and having fun.
