Built To Last : Functional Fitness for Active Aging
Join Shannon on Monday/Thursday at the ISC for a 45 minute full-body strength training class designed to support functional aging-helping you move better, feel stronger , and stay independent in everyday life. Each class focuses on building total-body strength while improving balance, mobility, coordination, and joint stability for real-world movement.
Each week, we will highlight a Focus Muscle Group, spending extra time strengthening and understanding how that area supports posture, balance, and daily activities such as lifting, reaching, walking, and getting up and down from the floor.Exercises are adaptable and appropriate for a variety of fitness levels.
Results will be tracked for you.
