Join the Red Cross Lifeguard Course and gain the skills and confidence to save lives! This comprehensive program is designed for aspiring lifeguards, combining classroom instruction with hands-on training in water rescue techniques, first aid, and CPR. Participants will learn how to assess risks, prevent accidents, and respond effectively in emergencies.

Prerequisites:

• Must be at least 15 years old
• Must be able to swim 200 yards
• Must be able to tread water using only the legs for 2 minutes
• Must swim 20 yards, retrieve a 10 lbs. object from 9' of water, and return to starting point within 1 min. 40 sec.

This is a Blended Learning course. After registration, participants will receive an email with a link to complete the online portion of the course before the first in-person class. Please provide a unique email address when registering
