Join us as a vendor at the HEAT Fire & Ice Archery Tournament on Saturday, December 5, 2026 from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM at the Presbyterian Church of Bloomingdale! We welcome local small businesses, handmade goods, baked goods, jewelry, candles, home décor, food trucks, and more. Vendor Fee: $25 per space This is an outdoor event. Vendors are responsible for bringing everything needed for their space, including: Table(s) and chairs Tent/canopy Tent weights or other means of safely securing your tent Displays, signage, and merchandise Payment method/change, if needed Any extension cords or other supplies needed for your setup Please plan to arrive early enough to be completely set up before the tournament begins at 8:00 AM. Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and removing all items and trash at the end of the event. Food trucks are welcome!
