Join Rec staff for this outdoor-based after-school program where kids explore the wonders of nature through games, activities, building projects, and unstructured play. Each week offers something new, encouraging children to connect with nature while having a lot of fun.
This is a gentler version of our popular Into the Wild program, however families should be aware that this program is not for all - participants are outdoors 100% of the time, regardless of weather, and the program follows a play-based philosophy that includes supported risk-taking.

We run weekly rain or shine, please dress for the weather. We will meet outside in the BICS undercover area/playground before heading into the forest, meadow, beaches and where ever the day make take us.
