Description

A blended online and in-person first aid course offering lifesaving first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. Participants will take the online portion at their own pace prior to the in-person class.
Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards. This course includes the latest First Aid and CPR guidelines.
Please note that this is a 4.5–5 hour in-person class. Lunch is not provided; however, there will be short breaks throughout the course to allow time to eat if needed.

Participants must complete an online course prior to the in-class session. The interactive online class will take an average of 3-4 hours and will be sent to participants closer to the course date. Please ensure your email on file is up to date and your first and last name are correct.
