About this event

Description

This low intensity circuit is designed to build full body strength, balance, and core stability. You’ll move through a series of stations using yoga balls, BOSU balls and free weights.


The focus is on slow, steady movement and good form. There will be just enough challenge to wake up your stabilizer muscles and improve coordination, while the weights help you build real, functional strength.
It is approachable for all fitness levels. You can modify exercises as needed and move at a pace that feels right for you. Expect to feel worked, not wiped!

Drop-ins (ages 15+) are welcome, all drop ins must be done in person! Payment by cash or credit card on file.
Drop-in fee: $10 (Please bring exact change, instructors are not permitted to carry or give change to participants)
Please note that the activity fee displayed is the full cost of the program. If you register after the start of classes, the amount you pay will be prorated based on the number of remaining classes.
