Review Level 1 Pilates Reformer exercises such as footwork, hundreds, frog, tree front, and elephant. Incorporate and practice more challenging Pilates Reformer exercises such as short spine, and teaser. Tower exercises may be included. Pre-requisite: Completion of at least one session of Level 1 classes with the City of Boulder Pilates program, or coordinator approval.
