No yoga experience necessary! Join knitwear designer, yoga instructor, and Mindset Coach, Jill Tamminen of Knit Sisu, to learn accessible and supportive movements to bring more ease, awareness, and joy to your crafting. This is an all-levels friendly class, aimed at lightening those tense spots - both in body and mind - that tend to sneak up on us while crafting. Feel free to bring your WIP, please wear comfortable clothing, and bring your own yoga mat (and yoga cushion or blanket, if desired).
