In this hands-on cooking class, participants will engage in the art of Moroccan hospitality through the preparation of a traditional mezze-style meal, guided by our Chef Lamia Mrabet. Guests will learn essential techniques while working with signature Moroccan ingredients including preserved lemons, olives, fresh herbs, and fragrant spice blends.
Together, you will prepare a selection of dishes that showcase the rich diversity of Moroccan cooking, including seasonal salads and mezze, handmade chermoula sauce, preserved lemon and olive chicken tagine, pearl couscous, traditional Moroccan mint tea, and a light Moroccan-inspired dessert.
Along the way, participants will gain insight into Moroccan culinary traditions, the history and use of iconic spices, and the communal spirit that defines dining across the region.
Following the cooking portion of the class, guests will gather around the table to enjoy the meal they have prepared together in a warm and convivial atmosphere.
