LIFT is an empowerment program that enables young women to push their boundaries in a welcoming, girl-supportive, fear-sensitive, ridicule-free environment. What you'll be doing: Do you want to know how to properly put up a tent? Do you want to know how to start a fire? If the answer to those questions is yes, then this is the trip for you! We will be learning and working on a variety of outdoor skills from setting up tents and changing bike tires to starting fires.
