The Social Media & Marketing Apprenticeship is designed for individuals with a strong understanding or and passion for digital storytelling, branding, and content creation. Social Media & Marketing Apprentices work with Broadway Dreams’ staff to create and execute compelling content and marketing initiatives that educate, generate new business, and inspire the next generation of Dreamers. Key responsibilities include: Assist with photography and content capture during Broadway Dreams Intensives, rehearsals, and events Support the execution of daily social media content Support marketing initiatives, including email newsletters, announcements, and promotional materials Assist with basic photo and video editing, including trimming clips, adding captions, and formatting content for social media Utilize tools such as Canva and basic video editing platforms to prepare content for posting Support on-site content needs and day-to-day marketing execution This role is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in social media and content creation. A passion for photography and video, along with familiarity with basic editing tools, is strongly encouraged.
