Do you know the ins and outs of Medicare? What happens if you do not sign up for the right coverage at the right time? Do you know what IRMMA is? Some mistakes could carry lifelong penalties, meaning you will have to pay more for your Medicare benefits.
This course is for those who have Medicare, or are about to reach 65, and/or are ready to retire or question whether to keep their employer insurance. I will discuss the process required to apply for Medicare through Social Security, review significant differences between a Medicare Advantage Plan, a Medicare Supplement Plan (Medigap Policy) and the Part D Prescription Coverage. Having this knowledge is imperative in making the appropriate choice for you.
