Are you currently caring for a family member or supporting someone with ongoing health or daily living needs? Caregiving can quickly become overwhelming without the right tools, organization, and support.
This structured, hands-on training program is designed to help caregivers take control of their responsibilities with greater confidence and less stress. Participants will learn practical strategies for organizing care, managing appointments and medications, improving communication with healthcare providers and family members, and creating a clear, manageable system for daily caregiving.
Through guided instruction and real-world application, participants will build a personalized caregiving system that can be used immediately. The program also addresses caregiver balance and stress management, helping individuals maintain stability while supporting others.
Upon completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion and may earn the Certified Informal Caregiver (CIC) designation issued by Key Health Care, recognizing their ability to effectively manage caregiving responsibilities in a structured and informed manner.
In addition to personal benefit, the skills developed in this program--such as organization, communication, documentation, and problem-solving--are transferable and applicable to a variety of caregiving and support roles.
