3D Character Sculpture: Grades 8 – 12Instructor: Mindy Mitchell
In this five-week workshop, you will be guided through the process of designing a character to creating a three-dimensional sculpture inspired by your design. Students will explore a variety of mixed-media materials and methods for constructing their sculpture starting with a wire armature. Additional materials will include metal, wood, fiber, clay, fabric dye, and beads.
