Requiem: An Act or Token of Remembrance

Join me as we take a creative journey into the complicated and honored subjects of grief, loss and mourning. Without exception, grief, in its many forms, will touch all of us at some point in our lives. A loved one's passing, a job loss, a move to a new city from one that you loved, the switching of team members (in any capacity), a change in health, relationship changes...the list goes on. There is no way around it, we must go THROUGH it.

In this workshop, you will bring in your own blank Requiem Book (any sketchbook or un-lined journal will do) to work in and continue your Requiem explorations in. The Requiem Book writing and art therapy-based exercises, which I will guide you through step-by-step, are designed to give you a creative helping hand as you navigate the physical, mental and emotional world of grief and all of its components.

You will also create a collage (or several collages!) based on your findings discovered during the workbook writing and art exercises.
