Groove and Move is a fun and energetic way for kids to get active while learning dance moves! Designed for children of all skill levels, this class combines catchy music with easy-to-follow choreography to keep your little ones moving, grooving, and improving their strength, flexibility, and coordination. Whether they’re shaking it to the beat or learning new steps, the class helps build confidence, teamwork, and a love for staying healthy.
