This is where it all starts. Looking to identify and learn the skills you need for your future career? Come learn from our ABF Youth Leadership Team to get a primer on the skills used to run our small business every day: from bike repair and customer service, to behind the scenes operations in project flow, inventory, marketing, sales, and budgeting. Junior Mechanics takes place over the course of 8 weeks and is designed to prepare participants for entry into Apex Bike Factory. At the end of the course, a successful graduate will be scheduled for an interview for a position in ABF!
