This program has been designed for the beginning student ready to learn Tai Chi and for those who want to go back to the basics. We will practice meditation in motion, a gentle non-strenuous movement based on ancient principles that may bring about physical and mental relaxation. This is a great way to improve balance, a key predictor of fall prevention.
