Our Golden Fit class is intended for folks 55 and older and focuses on the foundational components of longevity. Workouts will be structured to assist in increasing strength and balance while maintaining flexibility. This low-impact class will utilize dumbbells, resistance bands, wall exercises and chairs. Consistency with participation will ensure long-term improvements as folks age along in life!
