Ashley Childs, a Registered Dietitian, will be hosting a 4-week nutrition course on Thursdays in January. Nutrition plays a huge role in everything that we do, however, it is hard to find accurate information from a nutrition professional! Ashley plans to provide in depth nutrition education based on the latest nutrition recommendations to improve overall health, quality of life, and healthy aging.
